This project is a three year project, (March 2005 –march2008), with measurable deliverables for each year end.

The implementation is staggered in three phases , each phase linked to a financial year.

Phase One

    • Product concepts and prototype/ sample development

    • Induction of new skills based on the sample and prototypes developed earlier
