Project Initiative underwent few workshops for developing the season
products. With the help of these workshops we were able to derive
new patterns, styles and concepts in our existing craft products.
Training Workshop
The Workshop on Pattern Making at NIFT
Head Office Delhi was held from 5th June07 to 8th June 07.
Objective
The objective of the workshop was to standardize the sizing and finishing
of the apparel products being developed by various clusters. The emphasis
will be on the standard sizes, patterns, styles and garment construction
and finishing. Two designers were involved for this workshop. The workshop
went for 04 days and involved around 10-15 artisans who came across from
our cluster areas.

The Forecast workshop for A/W 07-08 was held on 19th and 20th April 2007.
Objective
The objective of the workshop was to review product performance by
various clusters and Centre wise presentations on A/W-07-08 direction by
IDCs.
